A little about me...

I’ve been coaching my whole life as my friends will tell you, but didn’t really hear the call until 2011. It was at that time that my priorities changed with the birth of my second child and I realized that my values no longer aligned with my career. I took a 'gap year' and embarked on a soul searching journey to figure out what was next for me. During this time, I met and worked with some powerful coaches which ultimately led me to the decision to pursue coaching full time.

Now I’m on a mission to live life wholeheartedly, using my values as my guide. I’m passionate about motivating others to do the same.

I work with – individuals, entrepreneurs, leaders and teamsboth in and outside of organizations in the capacities of personal strategy coaching, career coaching, training facilitation, team building and consulting. I help to identify strengths, passions and goals and help to remove roadblocks so that people realize their full potential and experience fulfillment in their careers and lives.

I've been solely focused on coaching since 2012 as a career coach. From 2012-2014 I went through a rigorous training program and was certified through the Coach Training Institute (CTI) as a Co-active Professional Co-Active Coach. Prior to focusing on coaching, I had a successful 15+ year career in Human Resources as a Generalist.

I'm a lifelong learner and as a result I've been certified as a Professional Human Resources (PHR), Meyers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) practitioner, Professional Career Manager (PCM), a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation.

In addition to coaching I’m also passionate about living life to the fullest and as an adventure. I enjoy spending time with my husband and two young children, being outside as much as I can (especially mountain biking), traveling and giving back to the community in various volunteer capacities.

“Authenticity is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It’s about the choice to show up and be real. The choice to be honest. The choice to let our true selves be seen.”
